Irresistible Jif® Peanut Butter Cookies

cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
'/2 cup Crisco® All-Vegetable Shortening
I '/4 cups firmly packed light brown sugar

Tbsps milk
I Tbsp vanilla extract
I large egg

cups Pillsbury BEST ® All Purpose Flour

tsp baking soda

tsp salt
D IR E C T IO N S :
Heat oven to
375
°F — Combine peanut butter, shortening, brown sugar milk and vanilla in a bowl— Beat at medium
speed until well blended— Add egg— Beat until blended— Combine flour baking soda and salt— Add to creamed
mixture at low speed— Drop by rounded Tbsp

inches apart onto greased baking sheet— Flatten slightly and draw
star pattern with edge of fork— Bake for

minutes or until set and just beginning to brown— Cool

minutes on
baking sheet— Remove cookies to cooling rack to cool completely— Makes
